REMOTE PURCHASE REQUEST FORMS FOR THEATER TICKETS:
– For Priority Service with your Remote Purchase Request, call the office during store hours after submitting the form.
– Please note that call-in and in-person orders may be processed ahead of Remote Purchase Request submissions.
– All Remote Purchase Requests are processed in the order in which they are received.
– All Theater tickets are sold in pairs only, unless otherwise specified in listing.
– All remote sales are completed via credit or debit card payment only. Cash or check payment accepted only for in-person sales.
– A complete list of showtimes and pricing is available through our Recreation Newsletter.
Note: all tickets are listed with the price per ticket, not price of the pair.
– Buyer accepts responsibility to review the most updated safety requirements and restrictions for shows and venues prior to purchase.
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges, unless a show is cancelled.
THEATER TICKET INFORMATION:
– Some theater shows utilize electronic or mobile tickets only, while some shows utilize paper tickets. When you are contacted by a representative for payment, you will be advised to how to collect your tickets.
– Paper tickets must be picked up in the Recreation office prior to the show, or they may be shipped to you directly. UPS delivery is available upon request, additional fees apply, please inquire within for pricing and further details.
– Electronic and mobile tickets will be available for PDF or mobile delivery 7-14 days before the date of the show, and will be sent via email to the address provided.
– Mobile tickets do not require an app, only access to a web browser and email, with the exception of Ticketmaster-only tickets. Ticketmaster-only tickets will require access via the Ticketmaster App.
